B team:
Our movement on and off the net has improved. We increased the number of opportunities to actually run the offense. It seems that our consistency in serving and ability to handle great serves on serve receive are the new focus. We lost in three; however, in the 2nd game and 3rd game, the girls showed some calmness during pressure that I didn’t see last week at the tournament. Watson showed improved fundamentals on her swing which really makes a difference on her hit. Welsh put on a show with how hard she can serve. Not a win, but a great game. Next week, our goal is to win in two and show consistent serve receive play.
